Das belegt eindeutig die Herstellung von Spike DNA in vitro. Speziell sich teilende Zellen müssen das in verstärktem Ausmaß herstellen. Wie es dann verpackt oder abgelesen wird, kann die in vitro Studie klarerweise nicht nachweisen. Es sollte aber mittlerweile ausreichend lebende Studienteilnehmer dafür geben.
Wie immer hat hier offensichtlich die epigenetische Steuerung das letzte Wort. Selbiger Vorgang wird durch verschiedene andere Viren auch gemacht. Hier wird jedenfalls evolutionär etwas in Gang gesetzt, das klar die Eigenschaften der DNA verändert. Etwa so wie wenn man einen neuen Anstrich auf eine Stradivari Geige gibt, wird das Ergebnis des Klanges unwiederbringlich verändert. Ob der neue Lack sich genausogut in veränderter Umgebung schlägt, zeigt sich erst in den kommenden Generationen. Erkenntnisse von anderen Viren und bekannte Risiken
Bei Papillomviren ist die Integration der Virus DNA in die Host DNA die Basis der Krebsentstehung.
Nun passiert das bei SARS eher selten. Bekommt ja auch nicht jede Frau nach Papillomvirus Infekt ein Cervix Karzinom. Aber die Covid Gen-Produkte werden ja durch die Transfektion in Zellen gedrückt, in die das Virus bei Infektion gar nicht hineingehen würde.
Solche Vorgänge befördern das Risiko, dass Krebsgene angeschaltet werden und daher ist der Nachweis solcher Vorgänge als Sicherheitsprüfung bei Gentherapeutika verpflichtend. Auch das hat man übergangen. Das Virus befällt ja eher selektiv Schleimhautzellen, was weniger schlimm ist. Doch gerade die Zellen in Lymphknoten sind dann gefährdet.
Deshalb hat Pfizer auch den größten Pharmadeal im Jahr 2021 abgeschlossen und ein Unternehmen im Bereich Tumortherapie einlizensiert.
Die mögliche Integration ist ja bekannt als Risiko für Gentherapeutika. Man kennt dies als Pathomechanismus onkogener Viren. Daher muss das für Gentherapeutik vor einer ersten Prüfung am Mensch in Sicherheitsprüfungen untersucht werden. Das hätten die Behörden fordern müssen.
Es ist nahezu ausgeschlossen, dass BioNTech das nicht weiß. Wenn, dann hätten die 15 Jahre lang ihren Job wirklich schlecht gemacht.
Es gibt durchaus Richtlinien was zu prüfen ist, durchaus auch von der EMA:
„Neben der Untersuchung des Potenzials zur Integration der Nukleinsäure in das Genom der Wirtszelle können Informationen über das Potenzial zur Onkogenese auch aus In-vitro-Studien gewonnen werden, bei denen geeignete Zelllinien und/oder primäre Zielzellen verwendet werden, um Veränderungen der Zellmorphologie, der Zellfunktion und des Zellverhaltens infolge der Integration zu untersuchen.“ „Risiken im Zusammenhang mit der Infektion mit Vektoren, die in Gentherapeutika verwendet werden (Art des Vektors, Zielzellen, Persistenz, Potenzial für Latenz und Reaktivierung, Potenzial für die Integration von genetischem Material in das Wirtsgenom, verlängerte Expression des Transgens, veränderte Expression von Genen des Wirts).“
Man weiß doch, dass dies alles passieren kann mit erheblichen Konsequenzen. Daher gibt es diese Richtlinien.
Hier ist beschrieben was man vor der ersten Prüfung am Mensch im Sinne vorklinischer Prüfung zu erbringen hat für Gentherapeutika.
Und nochmal zum Thema Lymphknoten wie früher in diesem Artikel beschrieben. Man hat ja den Behörden einen Bären aufgebunden, selbst der japanischen Behörde, indem man genau die Lymphknoten nicht zeigt, in denen mit der höchsten Anreicherung zu rechnen ist. Da gibt es Progenitor Zellen und die sind besonders gefährdet was eine mögliche Onkogenese durch Gen-Veränderungen anbelangt.
„Wenn Zellen mit Replikationspotenzial (z. B. Vorläuferzellen) mit integrierenden Vektoren (z. B. retro- oder lentiviralen Vektoren) transduziert werden, sollte die Anzahl der Integrationsstellen untersucht und in Bezug auf die klinische Verwendung diskutiert werden. Die Integrationsstellen sollten auf Identität und Funktion der benachbarten Gene untersucht werden, sofern dies möglich ist. Besonderes Augenmerk sollte auf die Aktivierung von Onkogenen und/oder die Inaktivierung von tumorsupprimierenden Genen gelegt werden. Die Auswirkungen der Kopienzahl in einzelnen Zellen sollten auch im Hinblick auf die Qualitätsanforderungen (d. h. Konsistenz) bewertet werden.“
Sicherheitsprüfungen, die sonst erbracht werden müssen, wenn man eine erste klinische Prüfung am Mensch machen möchte mit Krebs im Endstadium, hat man hier nicht verlangt. Aber behandelt werden gesunde Menschen und nicht solche mit Krebs im Endstadium. Das Schlimme ist: Man sieht an all den Guidelines, dass diese Risiken schon lange bekannt sind und ebenso wie so etwas zu prüfen ist.
Und noch schlimmer ist, dass man trotz dem Fehlen all dieser Prüfungen und ohne die geringste Ahnung was die Langzeitfolgen sind, massenhaft auch Kinder impft. Und Gesetze zur Impfpflicht beschließt.
