Die Studie von Markus Ald\u00e9n<\/a> et al von der Universit\u00e4t Lund in Malm\u00f6 best\u00e4tigt eine unserer schlimmsten Bef\u00fcrchtungen. Die Autoren schreiben in der Kurzfassung der Studie:
\u201ePr\u00e4klinische Studien zum COVID-19-mRNA-Impfstoff BNT162b2, der von Pfizer und BioNTech entwickelt wurde, zeigten reversible hepatische Wirkungen bei Tieren, denen BNT162b2 injiziert wurde. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat eine k\u00fcrzlich durchgef\u00fchrte Studie gezeigt, dass die SARS-CoV-2-RNA reversibel transkribiert und in das Genom menschlicher Zellen integriert werden kann. In dieser Studie untersuchten wir die Wirkung von BNT162b2 auf die menschliche Leberzelllinie Huh7 in vitro. Huh7-Zellen wurden BNT162b2 ausgesetzt, und die aus den Zellen extrahierte RNA wurde einer quantitativen PCR unterzogen. Wir wiesen hohe BNT162b2-Konzentrationen in Huh7-Zellen und Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Genexpression von LINE-1 (Long Interspersed Nuclear Element-1), einer endogenen reversen Transkriptase, nach. \u2026. Unsere Ergebnisse deuten auf eine schnelle Aufnahme von BNT162b2 in die menschliche Leberzelllinie Huh7 hin, was zu Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Expression und Verteilung von LINE-1 f\u00fchrt. Wir zeigen auch, dass BNT162b2 mRNA intrazellul\u00e4r in DNA umgeschrieben wird, und zwar innerhalb von 6 Stunden nach der BNT162b2-Exposition.\u201c
Das belegt eindeutig die Herstellung von Spike DNA in vitro. Speziell sich teilende Zellen m\u00fcssen das in verst\u00e4rktem Ausma\u00df herstellen. Wie es dann verpackt oder abgelesen wird, kann die in vitro Studie klarerweise nicht nachweisen. Es sollte aber mittlerweile ausreichend lebende Studienteilnehmer daf\u00fcr geben.
Wie immer hat hier offensichtlich die epigenetische Steuerung das letzte Wort. Selbiger Vorgang wird durch verschiedene andere Viren auch gemacht. Hier wird jedenfalls evolution\u00e4r etwas in Gang gesetzt, das klar die Eigenschaften der DNA ver\u00e4ndert. Etwa so wie wenn man einen neuen Anstrich auf eine Stradivari Geige gibt, wird das Ergebnis des Klanges unwiederbringlich ver\u00e4ndert. Ob der neue Lack sich genausogut in ver\u00e4nderter Umgebung schl\u00e4gt, zeigt sich erst in den kommenden Generationen. Erkenntnisse von anderen Viren und bekannte Risiken
Bei Papillomviren ist die Integration der Virus DNA in die Host DNA die Basis der Krebsentstehung.
Nun passiert das bei SARS eher selten. Bekommt ja auch nicht jede Frau nach Papillomvirus Infekt ein Cervix Karzinom. Aber die Covid Gen-Produkte werden ja durch die Transfektion in Zellen gedr\u00fcckt<\/a>, in die das Virus bei Infektion gar nicht hineingehen w\u00fcrde.

Auch das hat man \u00fcbergangen. Das Virus bef\u00e4llt ja eher selektiv Schleimhautzellen, was weniger schlimm ist. Doch gerade die Zellen in Lymphknoten sind dann gef\u00e4hrdet.
Deshalb hat Pfizer auch den gr\u00f6\u00dften Pharmadeal<\/a> im Jahr 2021 abgeschlossen und ein Unternehmen im Bereich Tumortherapie einlizensiert.
Die m\u00f6gliche Integration ist ja bekannt als Risiko f\u00fcr Gentherapeutika. Man kennt dies als Pathomechanismus onkogener Viren. Daher muss das f\u00fcr Gentherapeutik vor einer ersten Pr\u00fcfung am Mensch in Sicherheitspr\u00fcfungen untersucht werden. Das h\u00e4tten die Beh\u00f6rden fordern m\u00fcssen.
Es ist nahezu ausgeschlossen, dass BioNTech das nicht wei\u00df. Wenn, dann h\u00e4tten die 15 Jahre lang ihren Job wirklich schlecht gemacht.
Es gibt durchaus Richtlinien was zu pr\u00fcfen ist, durchaus auch von der EMA<\/a>:

Man wei\u00df doch, dass dies alles<\/a> passieren kann mit erheblichen Konsequenzen. Daher gibt es diese Richtlinien.
Hier ist beschrieben was man vor der ersten Pr\u00fcfung am Mensch im Sinne vorklinischer Pr\u00fcfung zu erbringen hat f\u00fcr Gentherapeutika<\/a>.
Und nochmal zum Thema Lymphknoten wie fr\u00fcher in diesem<\/a> Artikel beschrieben<\/a>. Man hat ja den Beh\u00f6rden einen B\u00e4ren aufgebunden, selbst der japanischen Beh\u00f6rde, indem man genau die Lymphknoten nicht zeigt, in denen mit der h\u00f6chsten Anreicherung zu rechnen ist. Da gibt es Progenitor Zellen und die sind besonders gef\u00e4hrdet was eine m\u00f6gliche Onkogenese durch Gen-Ver\u00e4nderungen anbelangt.
\u201eWenn Zellen mit Replikationspotenzial (z. B. Vorl\u00e4uferzellen) mit integrierenden Vektoren (z. B. retro- oder lentiviralen Vektoren) transduziert werden, sollte die Anzahl der Integrationsstellen untersucht und in Bezug auf die klinische Verwendung diskutiert werden. Sicherheitspr\u00fcfungen, die sonst erbracht werden m\u00fcssen, wenn man eine erste klinische Pr\u00fcfung am Mensch machen m\u00f6chte mit Krebs im Endstadium, hat man hier nicht verlangt. Aber behandelt werden gesunde Menschen und nicht solche mit Krebs im Endstadium. Das Schlimme ist: Man sieht an all den Guidelines, dass diese Risiken schon lange bekannt sind und ebenso wie so etwas zu pr\u00fcfen ist.
Und noch schlimmer ist, dass man trotz dem Fehlen all dieser Pr\u00fcfungen und ohne die geringste Ahnung was die Langzeitfolgen sind, massenhaft auch Kinder impft. Und Gesetze zur Impfpflicht beschlie\u00dft.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
